Life Alchemy Session

Cancellation Policy

By booking a guidance session with The Alchemical Root™ (“TAR”), you agree to: CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS All purchases are final and nonrefundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. The new appointment must occur within 60 days, subject to availability. Late cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows receive no rescheduling, credit, or refund. Late arrival does not extend the session. If TAR cancels or cannot complete a session due to illness or TAR-side technical issues, TAR may reschedule, offer a completion session, or refund the affected portion. SESSION SCOPE Sessions support reflection, education, and self-exploration. Tarot, oracle cards, intuitive impressions, herbal information, and other reflective practices may be used for insight; they do not predict or guarantee the future. You remain responsible for your choices and actions. Sessions are not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis care, diagnosis, or legal, financial, or licensed professional advice. Do not replace or delay qualified care based on a session. In an emergency or mental-health crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis resource. RECORDING Sessions are audio and/or video recorded so you can receive a private copy afterward. Your consent to recording is collected on the booking form. TAR will not publish, market, or share the recording without your written permission unless required or permitted by law. After receiving your copy, you are responsible for downloading, storing, and sharing it securely. CONFIDENTIALITY TAR will treat session information as confidential and use reasonable safeguards. Disclosure may occur when required or permitted by law or legal process, including imminent danger or reportable abuse. This is not a legally privileged therapist-client or attorney-client relationship. Absolute electronic security cannot be guaranteed. PARTICIPATION & CONDUCT Only approved participants may attend. You are responsible for ensuring any approved third party consents to participation and recording. TAR may end a session for threatening, abusive, sexually inappropriate, disruptive, intoxicated, impaired, or unsafe conduct. Sessions ended for participant conduct are not refundable or eligible for rescheduling. RESPONSIBILITY Results are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAR and its facilitator are not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, or outcomes arising from your use of session content.
