The Alchemical Reading Circle

Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to The Alchemical Reading Circle™ through The Alchemical Root™ School & Apothecary, operated by Ava Ford. Each registration page’s schedule, fee, format, and replay period are part of this policy. Enrollment covers the complete Circle, not individual gatherings. Registrations are final and nonrefundable. No refunds or credits are provided for scheduling conflicts, missed gatherings, incomplete reading, failure to participate or use an available replay, change of mind, or personal dissatisfaction. Enrollment is nontransferable without written approval. Duplicate charges will be corrected, and legally required remedies honored. If The Alchemical Root cancels the entire Circle before it begins, participants receive a full refund. A gathering postponed because of illness, weather, technical problems, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may be rescheduled without creating a refund right. When stated on the registration page, gatherings will be audio- and video-recorded for private replay by registered participants. Recordings may capture names, voices, images, chat, and statements. Participants may keep cameras off, use shortened display names, or remain muted. Recordings and access credentials are for personal, noncommercial use and may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, published, sold, or shared. A recording failure does not create a refund right when the live gathering occurred. Identifiable contributions will not be used publicly without separate written consent. Only registered participants may attend or access gatherings or replays unless The Alchemical Root gives written approval. Participants must protect others’ privacy and may not disclose personal contributions outside the Circle without permission. Harassment, discrimination, threats, exploitation, or persistent disruption may result in removal without refund or continued access. The Circle is educational and community-based, not therapy, healthcare, crisis support, diagnosis, or individualized professional advice. Participants are responsible for their wellbeing and should seek qualified support when needed. Original prompts, worksheets, frameworks, branding, and facilitation materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, or commercially used without written permission.
